Give me this BREAD

Episode Summary: Jesus is the Bread of Life. 

The Bread (Word) of God shall never perish or change. This Bread is everlasting. The Word of God is that which sustains and direct our lives. This Bread is dependable.

“Except His word guides us and leads us we are without direction and hope.”

It is His Word that shall lead us to the right path and out of harms way. It is this Bread (Word) that we ought to always depend on for it’s wisdom for our lives. 

“For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst"

• The Lord suffers us to hunger for His Word and creates situations that only he can solve so that your hope will be in God and not man. 

• Man shall live by the word of God. If we continue to follow the word, surely, we will find eternal life. 

• God wants us to hunger in this manner to humble us; it is the humble that calls upon God.

• When we hunger for God, we worship and praise Him for leading us into His rest, while learning to trust him in future tribulations.

• We are weak without God, which is also why He wants us to hunger for Him; so He can discipline and strengthen us. 

• The bread that satisfied the Israelites is the same bread that wants to satisfy us today.

• There is nothing in this life that can replace the word of God.
